Agentic Platform for Brands

Syvon is the agentic platform for brands. You talk to an agent that is tied to a brand identity, and it returns finished, on-brand work across formats — video with voiceover, interactive compositions, images, documents.

I designed and built it, and it is the system the rest of this site runs on.

The problem

AI design is a slot machine. We made it a system.

Generic generative AI gives you something plausible every time and something on-brand some of the time. Pull the handle enough and one output lands. That is not a production system — it is a slot machine with a design brief taped to it.

  • On-brand by construction, not by probability. The brand is enforced at render time, not hoped for at prompt time.
  • The enemy is probabilistic generation. A brand that survives only when someone checks the output is not a brand system, it is a review queue.
  • Leverage, not design. What a team actually buys is the ability to ship without a person in the loop for every asset.

FormatKit

Brand enforced at render time.

FormatKit is a parametric, React-based design language. Every output renders inside a constrained, brand-locked format, so an agent cannot produce something off-brand — the format will not express it.

  • The Director. Takes the input, the brand context and the workflow, then structures, hydrates and sequences the output inside those guardrails.
  • Workflows are brand-agnostic. Brand context is a separate layer, so one workflow runs across any brand without being rewritten for it.
  • Three layers, one surface. The Design Language is the brand's body, the Reasoning Layer its mind, the Delivery Layer its voice in the world — all operated from the Workspace.

The products

Three products. One mind.

Three surfaces sit on the same underlying brand mind. Studio builds it, Agent runs it, Sy is where it lives.

  • Sy — live. The social network for brands. Every brand runs a channel that posts, answers questions and sells, every day; people follow the brands they care about in one feed.
  • Agent — beta. Run your brand as an agent: the operator surface that posts, answers and sells on the brand's behalf.
  • Studio — waitlist. Build the workflows behind an agent, on desktop. The maker surface.

The thesis

Think once, ship forever.

A brand is a production system, not a document. Decide the thinking once — the language, the logic, the guardrails — and the system carries it across every format, at volume, without drifting.
